Nantwich Dog

to be a rather
cartoonish dog, so I tried to keep my carving in the vane.
Legs are always a problem with carvings especially if they
are likely to get vigorous use. They have a
tendency to fall off which would be very disappointing for the young
audinence that this carving will have. Only when I
was delivering the carving, did I realise why a dog had been chosen as
the mascot. The Centre is in Dog Lane! |
